The brands of organic foods for cats?

6 months ago I stopped feeding my Cats Food being organic, dry, wet, my 2-only indoor cats. He gave them loose stools that smelled really bad. I switched to Nutro indoor cat formula dry and I give them soft food Fancy feast once a day. I was thinking of switching back to a different brand organic, but do you think they just give them the soft, smelly stools again as it did with welfare? The Nutro / Fancy Feast regimine is well, I'm just concerned about the products and wheat-gluten and all the garbage they're getting food. They really enjoy the Fiesta fantasy and never got used to being soft food. Should I change it back or just leave it be since they are content with what they are getting now? Thanks!
