What is a good but reasonably priced (not cheap) food for cats and kittens?

I have a cat and a stray kitten grown only taking in (looks around 6 months). I am wondering if anyone knows what is a healthy food to feed them. Obviously, you need two different types, but does anyone may recommend a brand? My big guy eats only dry, but the hungry kitten taking anything. Should I feed the baby a mixture of wet and dry? What is the healthiest choice for him and for the adult? Thanks!

Honestly, I would recommend Hill Science Diet. It's expensive, but decency is best I could do for their pets. Dry food is good for the kitten, in fact, have benefits that help with dental hygiene. There is an upside to food wet, too, however. You can help prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs Track) in male cats, because it will add more moisture to your diet, but this is not a sure thing. It is very common for a pH imbalance to cause a urinary tract infection, not just the lack of hydration. Personally, I like to switch between two (of the same formula, of course) just because my cats to enjoy. Good luck and congratulations on the new addition!
